Design and install

Front yard redesign, drought-tolerant plantings, hardscape (walkways, patios, retaining walls). Coastal properties benefit from salt-tolerant species and proper drainage design.

Ongoing maintenance

Weekly or biweekly service: mowing, edging, trimming, blow-off, seasonal cleanups. Best for owners who want set-and-forget upkeep and for sellers preparing a home for listing.

Tree care

Trimming, removal, stump grinding, and view work (subject to local ordinances and any private view easements). Coastal cities often have specific rules on tree height and view protection.

Irrigation and turf

Smart-controller upgrades, drip conversion, artificial turf install, or replanting with native / drought-tolerant grasses. Water bills and California conservation rules make efficient systems worth the investment.
