Trusted designers for staging, refresh, or full remodel. Nothing here is a paid promotion. In this engagement, Tim acts as your Realtor, not as your attorney.
Under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (12 U.S.C. section 2607), settlement service providers are prohibited from giving or accepting kickbacks or unearned fees for referrals of settlement service business. Tim Stuart Real Estate does not receive compensation, referral fees, gifts, or things of value from any interior designer listed on this page. Referrals are made based on Tim's professional experience working with each vendor. You are under no obligation to use anyone listed here.
Designer introductions available on request.
Tim is happy to share designer contacts he has worked with when you are ready to talk to someone. This list will be built out as his real estate practice grows.
Preparing a home for market. Furniture, art, accessories, sightlines. Best-in-class staging can meaningfully improve first impression and reduce days on market in the right property.
Paint, hardware, lighting, and mid-scale updates that punch above their cost. Good for pre-listing prep or for a new buyer wanting to make a house feel like theirs.
Kitchen, bath, or whole-home. Longer timelines, permit implications, and coordination with contractors. For sellers, remodel-before-list is usually not the highest-ROI move; talk to Tim first.
If you have a designer you already work with, use them. This list is a starting point, not a requirement.
